Application Scope: They are suitable in vehicle air brake system devices, including the usage in frame and axle, tractor and trailer, the connection between tractors, the unprotected air lines under the air pressure of 1.0MPa. And these air lines maybe dragged under this pressure. These hoses are prohibited to use if the external or internal temperature goes beyond the range of -40°C-100°C.
Technical features: They have good anti-permeability, air tightness, and resistance to abrasion and ozone aging. Ozone aging properties: They are in accordance with ASTM D1149 standard. In 50pphm, there will be no cracking on the hose at 40°C for 100h.
Structure: Hose inner layer:
1.Black NBR synthetic rubber with RAM-B middle level of grease resistance and good air tightness.
2. Hose protective layer: Black synthetic rubber with ozone resistance and abrasion function.
3. Middle reinforced layer: Polyester wire
