DREDGE HOSE
Our dredge hose line includes floating dredge hoses, discharge dredge hoses, suction hoses and armored hoses.
1. Hoses can be supplied in bore diameters from150 mm(6") up to900mm(36"), or larger upon request

Advantages
The dredge hose features light weight, high strength and flexibility. It is abrasion resistant, corrosion resistant, ultraviolet resistant and anti-aging. This marine hose can be connected directly through the flange. The transmission efficiency is higher than that of the steel tube by 20%-30% because of its friction coefficient. It can be used for a long term installation in water or on land.
Applications
The dredge hose is used for the engineering of waterway clean-ups, dredging, pumping sand, land reclamation, port expansion, and other mud or mortar conveying operations.
Suction dredge hoses are designed for silt conveyance dredging operations. The flexible and easily installed dredging hoses are abrasion and kink resistant thanks to the synthetic materials combined with the helix steel reinforcement wire. The smooth interior of the hoses help prevent clogs and avoids damage from the abrasive materials passing through.
We can supply a wide range of flexible rubber suction hoses. The size of internal diameters (ID) include 34" (850 mm), 20"(500 mm), 16"(400 mm), 12"(300 mm), 10"(250 mm), 8"(200 mm) and 6"(150 mm). Other diameters and special requirements can also be supplied upon request and availability.
Lining
Abrasive resistant synthetic rubber with high strength breaker plies and coated with a high grade synthetic rubber interior surface.
Reinforcement
High tensile strength fabrics with a steel inner structure.
Fully embedded steel wire coils are incorporated to achieve kink, crush and local load resistance.
Cover
Synthetic rubber, resistant to abrasion, weathering, sea water and oil exposure. The cover, which incorporates reinforcing breaker plies is black with a bright orange spiral stripe or coated in tough bright orange polyurethane.
