All safety edges internal structure has two or three switch contact surface, each switch inside containing a copper wire line, which was separated from each other under static state certain distance between them. The safety edges was assembled by a terminal resistance finally,which was monitoring the whole system. On one hand, this special design could prevent the short circuits and fittings problem, on the other hand, if the edges change,the resistance will instruct the whole system working to prevent the danger happening immediately.

the product use the innovation of epdm and butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber mixed, to ensure it more flexible in the low temperature. Application temperature from -30 ºC to + 70 ºC. Resistance generally < 150-500 Ω, launch distance up to the product specification , bending Angle up to 15 degrees.
