Flexible High Temperature Rubber U Shape Silicone Hose
STANDARDS's line of silicone hose products are used in coolant and high temperature applications. The hose products are available for turbo and charge air coolers in straights and in formed hoses for engines.

Inner and Cover:silicone rubber
Reinforce ply:3-4ply Polyester/Aramid/Glass fiber
Color: Blue, Red, Black etc. (Inner lining can adopt different colors)
Wall Thickness: 4mm, 4.5mm, 5mm, or as request
Length: as request
Size Tolerance: ID<2", ± 0.5mm; ID>2", ± 1mm
Surface: Smooth or Cloth
LOGO: STANDARDS, or as request
Operating Temperatures
Polyester braid reinforced: -54ºC to +220ºC (-65ºF to 428ºF)
Aramid braid reinforced: -54ºC to +260ºC (-65ºF to 500ºF)
NOTE:
It is used for air/water, not fuel/oil
For fuel and oil use, hose need to be lined with FLUORO SILICONE
