DOT approved OEM hydraulic sae j1401 brake hose assembly for auto parts
Structure:
1.Hose inner layer:Black NBR synthetic rubber with RAM-B middle level of grease resistance and good air tightness.
2. Hose protective layer: Black synthetic rubber with ozone resistance and abrasion function.
3. Middle reinforced layer: Polyester wire
Application:
Hydraulic brake hose act as a pressure transmission for automotive hydraulic brake system. Used for Cars, motorcycles,light trucks and other Light Heavy-Duty vehicles for hydraulic brake system.
Technical features:
They have good anti-permeability, air tightness, and resistance to abrasion and ozone aging. Ozone aging properties: They are in accordance with ASTM D1149 standard. In 50pphm, there will be no cracking on the hose at 40°C for 100h. These hoses are prohibited to use if the external or internal temperature goes beyond the range of -40°C-100°C.
